You will find these screw terminals very handy. These comes in packs of three, and have a 0.1″ (2.54mm) pitch so you can mount them in a standard protoboard. Screw on top.
You can use these screw terminals with current up to 8A. These can be put side to side to have the quantity of connections you want.
