On this adapter you can solder a SOT23-6 package IC and get standard DIP pins with 0.1″ (2.54mm) spacing. You can solder a header into the 0.1″ (2.54mm) holes to fit the adapter in solderless breadboards, protoboards or DIP sockets.
This is a high quality PCB, with all the copper pads and contacts plated with Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) process, that offer an excellent surface planarity and oxidation resistance.
This SOT23-6 adapter can be also used with SOT23-5 and SOT23-3 packages.
