This is a pack of 39 heat shrinks of assorted colors, made by Qualtek USA. They are flexible and have a shrink ratio of 2:1.
They provide electrical insulation and protects in-line components. Useful to protect soldered connector pins, or to reinforce connections when joining wires.
The kit comes in a clear plastic bag.
